

IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU.
We started by focusing in on the main benefit of the new program – it was all about the guest – and then developed a campaign that would tell that story. To make it feel personal, we based the campaign on the message “it’s all about you” and created a look that used bold colors, hand-drawn illustrations, rotating portraits and simple messaging to establish a campaign that would be as unique as each individual guest. We also developed a tone that was conversational with a sense of humor, to ensure that we actually connected with the guests. We implemented this look and tone on each and every piece of collateral needed to support this campaign across 7 casinos in a market saturated with gaming messages. We created print ads, TV and radio commercials, direct mailers, rewards calendars, billboards, flyers, posters, slot toppers, tabletents, T-shirts and more.
To really bring this to life, we’ve even created the Mr. Rewards character, who is the star in a number of television commercials. These spots continue to show all that My Rewards can do for the guest, with a sense of humor and levity that is hard to ignore and is truly Station Casinos.

The success of My Rewards has pushed Station Casinos to not only re-focus on their customer, but to also make sure they stick true to their roots: entertainment and fun.
