So, how do we do brand? To be honest, it isn’t rocket science. But that doesn’t mean we don’t take it very seriously, because we do.
While other groups have trademarked processes and brand books galore, we’ll tell you the truth: we mostly follow our gut (don’t worry though, we have read all the books too). Why? Because a brand is not about market research or focus groups, it’s about connecting to living, breathing consumers and making them feel something, anything – good or bad.
We believe getting good brand is about taking a moment out of the day-to-day chaos to focus on your future. It is about honing in on what makes you special and how that fits into what the world needs and maybe even makes the world a little bit better – this is your Sweet Spot. This is where brands thrive.
