MAKE GVR YOUR PLAYGROUND.

With these trying economic times, our first thought was to make sure that this place was fun - we all need a little fun these days. So, we went with a very simple idea that could reach into every aspect of Green Valley Ranch’s operations: Make GVR your playground. Not only did it speak to all of the opportunities for fun on the property, it also spoke to “you” – and the high level of service one could expect. We then developed a number of fun messaging lines to highlight elements of the property while remaining fun, including “no juice boxes here” for a bar ad and “come play in our sandbox” to promote the pool. It made luxury accessible – and fun. We also pushed Green Valley Ranch to move to “GVR,” long its unofficial name and more in keeping with this new, laid back kind of luxury. The expression, however, still uses some of the hallmarks of the old brand, like the script logo, which is embedded in the property. With the concept in the bag, we created new TV spots, a new website, and a new suite of collateral to get things moving, including: in room collateral, gaming chips, stationery, room keys, ads, mailers and much more. We also created a comprehensive set of guidelines, so the in-house team could deliver day in
and day out.

READY TO PLAY.

Today, GVR is holding its own in a very tough economy. It’s making people smile and it’s getting back to its roots – pure fun and enjoyment – with an expression that’s ready to go for another 6 years, at least.
